# Company Background

MYRENEGADE, UNIPESSOAL LDA was founded in June 2022 with its headquarters in Portugal at Avenida Engenheiro Duarte Pacheco, N.º 19, R/c, S4, 1070 - 100 Lisboa. Registration No: 517780801.

As the legal form of the company, we chose a UNIPESSOAL LDA.

These were the main considerations we had:

* Portugal is a globally recognised financial hub.
* The Financial Market Authority of Portugal is, in our view, open to the development of start-ups in the FinTech industry.
* Europe is a market with huge growth potential 
* Portugal is globally connected and recognised, which would greatly assist in business development and expansion to Europe and the rest of the world.
