Company Background

Renegade GmbH was founded in June 2022 with its headquarter in Liechtenstein at House of Blockchain, Dr. Grass Strasse 12, 9490 Vaduz. Company no. FL-0002.687.118-7.

As the legal form of the company we chose a GmbH.

These were the main considerations we had:

• Liechtenstein is a globally recognised financial hub

• The Financial Market Authority of Liechtenstein (FMA) is, in our view, open to the development of start-ups in the FinTech industry

• Europe is a market with huge growth potential

• Liechtenstein is globally connected and recognised, which would greatly assist in business development and expansion to Europe and the rest of the world.
